Any information you provide will be handled in accordance with all relevant confidentiality and privacy legislation (such as the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Health Records Act 2001 (Vic)). Helping Nature Heal will of course not pass/sell/communicate that information to anyone, with the exception of where the information is necessary to recover unpaid fees. However, Helping Nature Heal reserves the right to keep this information on file for potential future dealings with you should they arise.

You will not be signed up to receive any communication (periodic or otherwise) unless you do so via the provided mechanism on the 'Contact Us' page - i.e. you will not be put on the mailing list by merely sending an enquiry [This feature not implemented yet].
